Asnera Offer DocOffer angles, scored. Then written.

You have rewritten your offer four times and it still is not landing

And you cannot tell whether the problem is the words or the offer underneath them. So you keep tinkering with the words, because that is the part you can see.

This finds the offers already sitting inside your business, scores each one against your own proof and your own buyers, and writes the one you choose into a document you can hand to a client.

Why creating an offer is so hard to do on your own

You are too close to it

You can see the thing you sell. You cannot see the four other offers hiding in the same skills, the same proof and the same network.

Nobody tells you the truth

Your peers are kind about it. Your clients already bought. The only honest feedback is silence from the people who did not.

You cannot tell what is broken

A foggy offer and bad copy look identical from the inside. One is fixed by rewriting. The other never is.

What an offer document does for your business

An offer document is the one page that sells for you when you are not in the room. Not a brochure. Not a deck. A clear written answer to what this is, who it is for, what it costs, and why now.

Send it instead of explaining yourself

Someone asks what you do. You send one link. They arrive at the call already sold, or they do not come, which saves you the hour.

It ends the discovery call that goes nowhere

Price, scope and what is not included are on the page. The people who were never going to pay it disqualify themselves before you speak.

Everything downstream inherits it

Your profile, your posts, your DMs and your proposals all get written from it. Fix this and they all get easier.

It shows you what you are actually selling

Most founders find the writing changes the offer. Putting it in full sentences is where the vagueness has nowhere left to hide.

Three ways to start. Pick the one that matches where you are.

All three end in the same place: your material, read and turned into ranked offer angles. You choose the route on the next screen.

1Upload what you already have

2 minutes

You already have an offer document, a brand deck, a sales page, or a proposal you have used before.

Also the right choice if you are not starting from scratch at all: you have an offer that works and you want it sharpened, or you want to see what other offers are hiding inside the same business.

Upload the files or paste the text. We read them, pull out what matters, and tell you straight away whether there is enough to build on.

2Answer the questions here

About 25 minutes

You have never written any of this down, and you would rather be asked than stare at a blank page.

Eight questions about you, eight about your buyer. Answer in your own words, as roughly as you like. Every answer saves as you type, so you can stop and come back.

You will need one thing to hand before you start: every result you have ever got a client, with numbers where you have them. That single answer decides which offers you can credibly sell.

3Use the ChatGPT interview

About 30 minutes

You would rather work inside ChatGPT, or you want to start now, close the tab, and finish tomorrow. The conversation stays in your ChatGPT history, so you can pick it up whenever.

Two things to know before you open it, because they trip everyone up:

  1. It will not start on its own. Press Proceed with the interview, or type proceed in the chat, to begin.
  2. At the end it may stop without producing the report. If it does, type now compile my answers into the full report. Copy that report, or download it, and bring it back here using route 1.

One interview covers both your brand and your buyer, so the report it gives you goes into both slots here. Nothing you type there reaches us until you bring the report back.

Why this is not just another offer template

Anyone can hand you a framework and let you fill it in. The hard part was never the format. It is knowing which of the offers you could run is the one you can actually sell, with the proof you already have, to buyers you can actually reach.

So every angle gets scored on six things, and each score has to cite the line in your own material that justifies it. Including the one nobody else checks: whether you can credibly carry that offer yet. An offer can be perfectly good and still be the wrong one for you to sell this year. You get told that plainly.

Start

You pick your route on the next screen. Nothing is charged until you have seen that your material is good enough to build from.

Questions people ask

How do I create an offer that actually sells?

Start from the buyer, not the service. An offer sells when a specific person reads it and recognises their own situation in the first three sentences. That means naming who they are, the moment they are in, and the problem in the words they would use, before you describe anything you do. Most offers fail because they lead with the method instead of the outcome.

How do I create a coaching offer?

The same way, with one addition: coaching is bought on trust in the coach, so your offer has to carry proof that transfers to the promise you are making. If your results are in one area and your offer promises another, the gap is what loses the sale. This tool scores exactly that gap before you write anything.

What should an offer document include?

Eight sections: what it is, why it exists, who it is for and who it is not, why you, what actually happens, proof, price and scope, and why now. Full sentences, no bullet fragments. One page per offer. The exclusion section matters more than people expect, because saying who it is not for is what makes the right person trust it.

Can I use one offer document to sell without a call?

That is the point of having one. You send it, they read it, and they arrive already decided one way or the other. It also does the work you would otherwise repeat on every discovery call: price, scope, what is not included, and what the outcome depends on.

I already have an offer. Is this useful?

Yes, and it is one of the more useful cases. Upload what you have and it gets scored beside newly generated angles, so you can see where your current positioning actually ranks and which alternatives beat it. Plenty of businesses find a stronger offer sitting next to the one they have been running.

How long does it take?

If you already have documents, about fifteen minutes of your time. If you answer the questions here, around twenty-five. The scoring itself takes about ten minutes and the document about four, and you can close the tab while it runs.
